Hi all
My name is Paul and i live in the UK.
My music taste is a bit of everything, some classical to R&B .
My system is fairly low end consisting of :
Sky HD
Denon ARV1910 amp, Sony BDP360 Blu-ray player
Beresford TC7520 DAC (moded with LM4562NA opamps)
Tannoy Mercury MX2 speakers x 4 and Mercury MCX centre.
Yamaha YST-SW320 sub.
Mark grant Canare LV61S cables from DAC to Amp and Stanleys own TRC-222 from the player to the DAC,I also have a TC-3618 from the Sky Hd box to the amp , this connector made my Hd box sound so much better than the cheap one I was using(although I think I paid the same sort of money for it )
I run all music thru the blu-ray player or via PC using losless files from WMP .
I have been lurking on here for quite a while reading all about the DAC mods.
I want to get some decent sounds from my system with a possible upgrade around December time. Not sure what I'll upgrade at present.
The best thing I have aquired lately is definitly the beresford DAC , it took the noise from my blu-ray player and turned it into smooth music.
