Hmm. Look like they might be EU made Sony? Wouldn't know the model though. Peerless mid with 'frame' around by the look of it and the tweeter could be a Peerless soft dome with an odd diffuser. Dunno about the bass driver, looks maybe steel frame SEAS or Isophon. These might even be made by B&W for somebody else.
I'll guess at Pioneer, Sony, Toshiba? Something Japanese and mid/late 1970s.
only not mentioned is akai:)
Well if I were asked I wouldn’t have clue .
They are Hacker LS1300
With ( I think ) a goodmans woofer , I reckon a peerless tweeter and of course the peerless mid which I wanted for my Gales to make them as they should be .

Sadly I doubt they have any value other than the drivers

Ah, well seeing the photos in that link, the bass driver is almost certainly Peerless too looking at the chassis. I've had a few pairs, but mine had bigger paper dustcaps.

Do they sound any good? Drivers are all decent, would have thought they would be quite a bit better than a lot of the modern 'under a ton' speakers.
Well at the risk of some know it all shooting me down mate , yes they do sound good,as do those sansui’s [emoji6]

The woofers are lighter in weight than the tweeter !!

Yeah the Sansui are ace, despite the silver dustcaps. You going to keep them?

No Martin, I will flog them on .
Being honest I have always shunned sansui speakers but having heard these I now regret that .

If you were close by I'd have them. Nowt wrong with a good Kabuki. Mine went down pretty well at a bake-off I took them to.
and they are ideal partner for those low-wattage budget Chinese valve amps you hear about nowadays. High sensitivity plus benign load. You go on Audiokarma the yanks are all over them but I think relative rarity in the UK means most people have never heard them let alone owned some and had a chance to play about with different amps and positioning and what have you.
No substitute for hands-on experience.

I hooked them up to my quad vena and I was quite impressed.

They'd be ideal for something like this https://theartofsound.net/forum/showthread.php?72536-New-addition
