Thanks Pete. I have installed a sub and need 2metre RCA interconnects. I have drawers full of cables, but nothing that long of reasonable quality.

Just a thought, can you connect it 'high level' to the speaker terminals..?

You could use some of that 'spare' speaker cable you're bound to have tucked away with the 'not long enough' interconnects.!

Thank Pete. I have been experimenting with the high level signals, but I have monoblocks 4ft apart and its not that easy to connect a single sub. When I did try it I had bad earth loop problems :(

If the sub works good I may buy a second one and aside from loading the room better that would make the wiring more simple. This is the reason I'm not looking for a very high SQ cable at present.
