Resurrecting my Heybrook TT2....and hoping to find one of these little rubber grips....if there are any out there??
I've found one of 'em....but the 2nd has disappeared...in the mists of time.

Failing that....any other alternatives please??

If you mean the rubber bump stops, there are alternatives like these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rubber-Bump-stops-for-Audio-Technica-Dust-Cover-Lid-AT-LP5-Turntable-ATLP5-LP5X/303372608014?hash=item46a26aa20e:g:XCgAAOSwutpdkPO I

I was looking for exactly this, but couldn’t find the right search term. I tried things like “slotted lid bumper”. I think someone is having a laugh here, though - seven quid for two tiny blobs? I’d just buy a pack of assorted silicone bumpers from Wilko’s and chop them up to suit!

I tried similar ideas, they come adrift pretty quickly. Best off getting the right thing, even if the price seems steep.

To be fair Geoff (...and thanks for the link!!)...they aren't the 'right thing' either!!:)
Sure they could be made to fit...and even stay on....but still hoping to find an original from a bye-gone deck in someone's HiFi Man-drawer!!

you could fit stops on the tt itself. you can buy packs of sorbothane dots. ive used them and they are good. self adhesive so mke sure you fit in right spot.

Do you fold discs to form a U section??

....it wasn't until after asking about folding that I came to the obvious conclusion that the discs were flat to the plinth...and not wrapped around the lid!!!

Think that's the way to go....unless an original rubber section for the lid happens to land in my lap!!! :)
