Simples, a £2.50 cable bought in bulk from the far east, with Audioquest, agent and dealer profit added on. hence the £22 selling price.
Ready made cables/interconnects are the most profitable items in audio retail (often with profit margin [not markup] at 60% or more, apart from small bespoke concerns like the Rega mains and interconnects, which used to carry the same margins as the main items.

It's worse than that Dave - try 15 to 20 pence factory door cost.
And it's not audio cable. It's computer network cable.
Now try and justify the end user price.
