View Full Version : Stereo Coffee LDR Preamp Kit with Remote Control For Sale
For sale 2020 Stereo Coffee LDR Preamp kit. Brand new, never assembled or soldered at all. The board has an edge connector that Chris put in to allow the IR receiver to be positioned further from the board to allow the board to be flexibly positioned within a case (as I wasn't planning to fit a volume knob). The board and remote unit cost £200 (not including postage).
Comes with Hammond 1455T2202BK IP54 1455 Series Black Extruded Aluminium Instrument Enclosure - 220x165x51.5mm, and power supply and socket as pictured.
This was going to be a lockdown project, but now I'm back at work it will never get done, so looking to move it on.
Looking for £170 inc postage.
Now £130 inc p&p.
You have PM.
Hi Philip,
I'd like 2nd dibs Rob.

Hi Edd, I haven't yet had a response to my PM to Philip.
Morning Rob,
give him a chance to get back to you, if he has changed his mind, I'll take it at asking.

That sounds confuzed - if the buyer changes his mind, then I'd like it.

This reminds me of a Monty Python sketch, I can't remember which one.
Mr Puffin,
I've just realised what I've done. I thought you were the seller

I haven't seen either of those before. Very Good.
Suspect the original poster (Phillip - PPQ) has not enabled notifications and may be blissfully unaware of the interest in his kit.

I've enabled notifications but they stopped working a couple of years ago. A few people have raised the same issue, one a dealer I think

Isn't there a different type of message you can send that goes to their email address? I think it's the one you can send to a new member before they've made 5 posts.

Damn! I have been outed publicly. The list of eclectic unobtainium exists only in my over active imagination:lol: It has been there some time now. No, I have never written anything on Audio Review.....honest.

The only other type of message I can see is a "visitor message" is this the one that goes to an email address?

Hi Edd, have heard nothing from Philip, I hope he is in good health. I have dug out an old DIY discrete Pre that I am playing with at the moment. If you want to see if you can stir Philip and you still want the Coffee then go for it and send him a PM. I have sent him both a PM and "Visitor Message". Rob.
