Exposure pre-amplifiers

I have recently invested in an Exposure 3010SD Pre-amplifier and matching 3010S Mono power amplifiers and I’m rather impressed with them.
Is it worth upgrading the pre-amplifier from a 3010SD to a 5010 or is the improvement not substantial enough to warrant the expense?

No, I don't think it'll make a significant difference.

The key change between the 3010S2D and 5010 pre is that the 5010 has balanced outputs, which you wouldn't use as you don't use the 5010 power amps.

Thus, I think you'd get far more upgrade potential by looking at source or speakers instead.
