M8137 / CV4004 Needed Pronto!

Hi folks.
The phono stage in my preamp has gone noisy so I'm looking for a good set of M8137 / CV4004's. So I was wondering is anyone's got a half decent pair stuck in a drawer or somewhere looking for a good home?

Does it have to be the M8137 or CV4004. How about the ECC83 (12AX7)? I'll have a look to see what I've got.

It's my ARC SP8. The published spec is for a pair of 12AX7 LN (LN being low noise) & I've tried all the various suspects in the past. The M8137 / CV4004's in the phono stage coupled with 5751's in the line stage have always given me what I thought to be the best balance of virtues.
