My black Technics SL-D2

I liked the D2 well enough but disliked the silver paint, so I painted the surfaces w/o silk screen writing on them a nice semi-gloss black. Now it doesn't look so budget in appearance. It will hold me over until I can find a used SL-1200 at a good price that hasn't been abused by DJs.

The cartridge is an Ortofon Super OM-10.

i have a nice used SLQL1 as a second deck , and i am rather fond of it .
