Service manual or schematics for Aiwa XK-S7000

Hello to everybody.

I apologise for my first post to be asking for something but I am hoping you can help. I'll try to contribute as much as I can and hope to be of service to somebody in need in the future.

I was wondering if anybody has the service manual or schematics for Aiwa XK-S7000 cassette deck, or can direct me to a source. I have recently obtained few units with faults. I do not intend to fix them but I would like to experiment with DAC modules. Also it seems like a common design issue that the onboard regulators do not have any heatsink and as a result one of them overheats, terribly baking the tracks.

The XK-S7000 is very well regarded tape deck... I'd venture to say the DACs are probably the least exciting bits of them. Still it's probably a fun project!

From what I was able to read in the internet that it indeed is a highly regarded deck. The transport mechanism is very well engineered. However this is the area that where the problems are and I don't really have the time and energy to fix them. Also although most of the facias are very clean, the rop lids were pretty well battered. I have already dismantled them to be used in various projects as parts but I am not throwing away anything.
