I've been playing around with Raspberry Pis for a few years now and seem to have accumulated rather a lot so time to offer some for sale.

Will any of these stream spotify wirelessly from my phone to an amp
Want something like this for my office system with Volumio on it with spotify plug in
Can only connect it wirelessly to network.

Not something I have experience of, I used them running Picoreplayer as squeezeboxes.

If they have the WiFi dongle you can use them for Volumio and operate wirelessly

Presumably I could take the DAC off and just use the Pi - or not. Is it still available?
I have very little idea what these things can do, but the outlay may not be too high for a punt.

I have an idea of using one for some Linux software.
