New to the Forum

Evening all
As the title implies, new here.
Been into to Hi-Fi and music since the 80s.
Presently have two systems. Main one is a LP12 / Naim / Kudos system and my second system is in my office and is a valve amp headphone system.
My music taste is varied, but primarily is Jazz / Blues / Rock / Punk / 80s.
I’ve only just got into valves, so trying to understand this as the technology and terminology is all new to me. So there may be some odd questions coming from me and thanks in advance.
