Dodgy Bluetooth

I recently bought a pair of Cambridge Melomania Bluetooth ear phones. They connect perfectly to my phone and pair up with my other Bluetooth devices (Samsung TV, PC and laptop) but the sound is intermittent, best described as if there was a fractured cable connecting them up and every time you move the sound cuts out. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this in settings or are they simply not compatible?. Any help would be very much appreciated.

they have a rep for this alas.. i considered them at one point but had read a few reports of them losing connection on and off especially if there are a lot of other signals around
