Hi, I recently purchased a pulse iv integrated amplifier 2nd hand. I was told that the previous owner was going to use it in a second system but decided not to so it was virtually new “opened box”. After a few weeks it developed minor electrical glitches, only half the display would cancel and would switch off when the DVD player was activated although it played everything fine.
So I emailed Leema’s Andy Moore who agreed to look at it under warranty, so once covid restrictions were lifted in Wales I hand delivered the amplifier back to the factory.(Intense dislike for the way couriers handle fragile goods).
It’s taken a month but now I have the amplifier back in my possession all working well!:)

I found Leema to be a great company.

Phone 'em up and you'll likely get their top people on the phone to help. It's good to know there are companies about that still believe in product support, not just trying to sell you stuff. :)
