This is a terrific tuner, I bought it to replace a top-of-the-range 1970s Sansui tuner - in other words about as good as it gets - and whilst I noticed a difference, it wasn't in any sense worse. It has a glorious relaxed, dark and detailed sound with bags of ambience and a very good image. It really would be hard to better it at any price. However, I'm rationalising my equipment following a move so unfortunately we have to part. Does anyone fancy this exceptional bit of kit for £160 plus postage? It is in absolutely tip-top condition and looks just like new, The dark wood cheeks are unmarked, no chipped veneer or scratches, and the fascia is without blemish - anywhere.
