For sale a Leema Pulse III integrated amplifier. I bought this a couple of weeks a go with the intention of setting up a second system as we are moving out kitchen into another room and would have a room spare. However, on reflection I began to doubt how often I would use the second system so I’m putting this up for sale. Everything works as it should.

Technical Specifications
• 5x RCA inputs
• 1x 3.5mm Stero Jack input (front)
• Phono MM/MC
• 2 Digital Optical inputs
• 1 Digital Coax (RCA) input
• 1 USB input
• Tape output
• Pre output
• Headphone output (front)
• Power: 80w (8 Ohms) 130w (4 Ohms)
• Weight: 11kg
• Dimensions: (HxWxD) 90x435x375mm

As you can see from above it is very much an all in one machine with a very decent DAC and mm/mc phono stage. Cosmetically it is excellent apart from a slight depression to one side near the back which can be felt but not seen.

Comes complete with power cord, remote, manual and original packaging. If you google this model you will find a few for sale for between £600 and £695 but I bought this at a bargain price so you too can benefit.

£550 delivered to mainland UK or take £15 off if you want to collect. Payment by Paypal friends.

Thanks Phil. For info the original price of this amp was £1495. Leema Acoustics are based in Wales and were formed by two ex-BBC engineers. Made in the UK.

Absolutely cracking amp guys, with a great phono stage, and it's for no money :)

Thanks David. I once owned the original Leema Pulse which I enjoyed greatly but then went into a box expansion phase  with separate DAC, phono stage, pre/power amps. So when I saw this one come up at a good price I jumped on it for the second system before I'd really thought things through.

I suppose it's the summer slow season for sales so I'm open to offers for this fine amplifier.

Got a Sky box or similar? Connect with an optical cable to the Leema and you get excellent TV sound too. :)

I have the my iv, bit more of everything including aptx Bluetooth although it doesn’t switch manually between mm/mc on the phono stage. Good soundstage, detail and timing. Both are quite high current amps will drive a lot of speakers and deliver 150 watts into 4ohms. Employ a sub if you wish, also has a great dac. Save money and space with this.

Thanks for your comments Alan and Keith. As you say Alan, it's a lot of amplifier for the money. Keith, I presume you are referring to your Pulse IV?

No takers so it looks like this will have to go to the auction site this weekend.
