I woke up at silly o clock this morning (around half five) for some reason....
so I went and got it. I quite like it, but I'll have to give it a few more spins to make sure.
Well worth 65p anyway!

Typical Prince but a good album all the same..I am still a follower of his output an it's good to get the new album free in a paper. I paid £30 for his last album on import.

I had two copies in my Mirror.
It's not a bad album.
I ripped it to HDD for Squeezebox playback, and found something like 61 tracks of 5 seconds duration silence.

Thought it was tomorrow :doh:.......I just Jumped in the car and got a copy from Tesco's for 45p.

The last one he released this way was given away with a Sunday paper. I thought it would be the same this time.

Haha! I did the same a few weeks (months?) ago when the Daily Mail and the Express had 'freebies' of Madness and the Stranglers.

Took some soul searching, but in the end I thought 'sod it', one more copy sold won't make that much difference, and at least I'll have the discs. Thin edge of the wedge, I know but too much soul searching and navel gazing doesn't do you much good.

Never been a Prince fan myself: I'll stick with Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis and Chuck Berry thank you.

I didn't bother with the album - I gave up after Purple Rain - nothing could beat that album...

That's not 'lady boy'... that's Cosplay (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosplay)... though I think the discussion with the missus will always likely go the same way... !

Japanese are into it big time, well at least the geeky ones are. They dress like their fave characters from Manga comics or anime shows, go to conventions and enter contests to see who is the best dressed.

I like Japanese films and I do watch some Anime ones too from time to time. If you question their worth, go watch Akira or Ghost in the Shell. Akira was the first one I saw and it blew me away just amazing.
