Hi all . I m after adding a streamer to my system or some form of network connected device . Pretty open to any suggestions. I would like something with a dedicated app ( music cast, BluOS , Heos etc ) . Don’t mind if it’s purely a streamer or an amp or CD player that’s networked. Budget up to about £500.

Hi,

PM sent about Cambridge Audio NP30 in black I have sitting unused due to replacement by Musical Fidelity M1 Clic.

NP30 is black, as new, fully boxed and comes with all the bits that were with it when new.

go for a bluesound node 2i, very good sounding device and easy to use.

Or you can get a used Node 2 for around £225. I don't think their is much difference between the 2 and the 2i apart from wifi features.

There are ways pimp it as well. I went down the used Node 2 route and am considering converting it to 5v DC.
The BluOs app works well for me. Has Tidal, Deezer and Spotify embedded but Qobuz can be added. I think it's important to check out the software and the support for each device. That's why I bought the Node.
