Found you all at AoS kinda by accident after I noticed the link on the Beresford web site. Being a Physicist by trade, electronics is a fun side track so the site has been great fun to get into. Owning a Caiman also means that modding is well in order!
My main system is a Sony 555 ESD with tricord re clock and upgraded op amps, this is now used as a transport feeding a Caiman (up graded caps and the passive upgrade, ultra linear power supply to be built as well). Black stuff via a Linn, Ittok and Electra. Amplification is a via a Plinius 9200. Speakers at present Epos 18s with Spendor A6 possible upgrades when I get chance to do a long audition.
Music tastes, an unholy mix of rock, blues and classical .
And for those that want to know my avatar is a white organic light emitting diode, I do research into these as the day job, which involves very big lasers!
