Having lurked and posted here a bit lately, thought I'd say hi properly.

Been round the houses a bit hifi wise but am a vinyl stalwart (401/Schick/Koetsu), have been into full range horns and electrostats in the past (and may well be again) but currently have mid-horn Tannoy GRFs fed by UN 845 SET. Digital is DIY ...

Musicwise, baroque & classical chamber & keyboard music, lieder, cantatas ... odd bit of jazz.

Hi Tom, welcome to AoS - your 401 sounds loved, unlike my poor specimen which still needs TLC, though the fact that it appears to be the audio equivalent of the Land Rover Defender is not helping it's cause!

That said, your music choices probably deserve more capable equipment. Enjoy the forum.

Some interesting gear you use Tom. Horns and electrostatics? Sort of mutually exclusive, but I know what you mean, and 'hear' in them.
