Resistance??

I now have an Edgar TP-305(Id never heard of them either) it’s a stunning piece of kit. I using a Benz LP-S through it on the max 400ohm setting, I’ve heard the Benz likes to see 1000ohms, how do I up the resistance to try the Benz at 1k ohms??

It sounds great at 400ohms, it’s just a what if!!!!

If it has a fixed 400 ohm resistor accross the load ie; the cartridge, then you would have to change the fixed resistor for a 1k, hope this helps.

Yes it looks like there is a selection of resistors that are switched to give the input resistance.

You would have to get the 400 ohm changed inside.
