New to this site, but a music and music system aficionado since the 1970's and my days working for Dynaco. My current system is comprised of a Dynaco ST-70 (of course) driving a pair of 15 ohm LS3/5A's (new Falcon drivers), Emotiva XSP-1 set up for 2.1 at 80Hz, Tannoy HTS-100 sub (plugged port), Pro-ject DS2 T & Jolida Glass FX Tube DAC for streaming, Oppo BDP-83 SE (for listening to SACD's), a Pro-ject 1Xpression carbon arm (original version) with Sumiko Olympia cart and Music Hall PA2.2 preamp, and (still in semi project mode) a Systemdek IIX with SME 3009 SII Improved & FD200, Pro-ject Tube Box S2 and, attempting to fit a Hana SL - still debugging set up. As a "60's kid" I listen mostly to classic rock, jazz and blues with a sprinkling of select classical (Holst's The Planets, for one). I expect I'll be posting for advice on the SME setup as I get closer to start up on that 'table.
