Hi
New to this forum but not to analog music. LAB3 is my initials for my name I use on all forums for music and motorcycles. I like a lot different styles of music R&R, Blues, Jazz etc not into Rap. My analog system is a NAD C162 Class A pre/amp, 807 SET tube amp, Adcom GFA 555, with Klipsch Cornwalls ( purchased new 1979) ALK Universal X/O and a SVS PB13 Ultra sub. I use a 1999 SL 1200 MKII TT with a Ortofon 2M bronze cart with 2M Black Shibata stylus for my best LP. I like to record from TT to my Revox A-77 MK IV Dolby R2R or my Nakamichi BX-300 cassette deck. I am retired now and have time to enjoy cleaning and playing my large LP collection.

Thanks for the replies, I am enjoying the sections for Technics SL12xx turn tables still have a lot of reading here to look at. Most of us in the U.S.A. that have SL 12xx series TT talk to "Kevin" at KAB.com for mods and OEM parts and service if need be.

I had a friend in the UK, Terry Uperton aka "zaperious" on Ebay he was my Go TO for any and all ReVox R2R parts and service questions. We use to Skype and he would show me ROWS of shelves with Revox,Studer etc R2R and a warehouse full of tape, sadly he passed away last year R.I.P. and a friend "mate" of his sells reels and tape on Ebay under Zaperious. A friend of Terry ( forgot his name) has a R2R Museum in UK that some his decks will go too IIRC.

Cheers
Louis
