We will be moving house soon and I don't plan on using the rack in the new house so looking to sell this.

Its a Something Solid EXR rack, with 3x Cable/Tensioners bought new from Deco Audio last year. It comes with 4x 30mm Plywood shelves (bought separately) with the bottom one sitting directly on the frame for very heavy items. Also comes with the original spike feet.

Looking for £200

Collection only from Faringdon, nr Swindon.

Hi Rob,

I'm interested in buying your EXR rack if it's still available? Do you know what the maximum weight for the sprung shelves is? I'd be looking to add a 1210GR and maybe a PS Audio AC regenerator, both of which are pretty heavy.

I'd also need to pay in cash (although I'd wear gloves to handle the money), in case it matters.

Thanks,

Andy

Edit: that was meant to be a PM - must be the heat. :)

Yes, its still available. I believe the rough limit for the EXR shelves is ~25KG as confirmed with Pete @ Deco. Very heavy items can go directly at the bottom and sit on the metal frame rather than on a suspended/tensioned shelf.

If that's 25kg per shelf then that's fine, the two things I mentioned are 12kg and 15kg respectively, from what I can find online. I'll send you a PM.
