Another Frank Spencer moment. Oh dear. Now looking for replacement headphone cable.

Late night headphone listening last night, left headphones plugged in and cable stretched across floor.

Just up, bleary eyed and pre-coffee my feet caught the cable and tugged it out the socket.
Damn, but ok I thought, just pulled cable out the amp?
Half the plug was still in the socket. Shit. :doh:

So
I’m looking for a replacement cable for my Beyer Amiron Home cans, 3m+ long.
Can get same cable of course, but maybe a chance to get something that’ll improve the sound?
Is it worth looking into 3rd party cables for headphones?
Pretty good headamp in my Pre, so that’s not something I’m looking to.
Just the cable.

Standard 6mm jack splitting into L and R 3.5mm connectors to ear pads.

With double cables it's good to get something that doesn't drag and give feedback.
Usually find companies like Bayer do a decent job with their high end cables
