I would love to have had it recapped, and resprayed in a
light Mercedes metallic silver blue.
Go wild!

It's the message, not the medium?

Silver blue sounds OK.
But would Crimson make the sound warmer?

I might be interested in your one Andy if you manage to find a minter. What's the sonic signature of these?

In my opinion, it doesn't have one and the original publicity emphasises that that was the intention and design brief.

Oh, proper gear for sure. 」745 in 1978. Fully configurable phono stage. 20kg. Unheard of in the UK at the time for an integrated amplifier. Utterly brilliant with the right speakers.

What speakers you using with it? Think i'd like to give this a go, if you wanna pass it on, guessing you don't need two.

I actually had a JVC AX Z1010, and I didn't really like it much, thought it was a bit tonally grey, I think its what's known as 'accurate' in hifi speak, could be wrong though. Would you say the Lentek had those sort of characteristics?

I like a neutral amp that drives most things. With that, I hear what other stuff is doing. The Lentek is a wonderful amp, firmly im the high end (IMO) with sympathetic speakers.
