Now of course I know what I paid for these which may have been too much or too little, I no longer need them so I intend to sell them so I thought I’d ask you smart chaps to give me an idea of their value please?
The Ei one I bought off eBay and the Tesla’s I bought from a very high end Hifi shop in Holland, the owner assured me that they are 100% genuine nos ( not a rebranded e88cc as suggested by a tube website)
Any help is appreciated

I might be interested but I need 6 in total for my preamp, I'm thinking about revalving it as I have a noisy/hissy valve on one side.

Not decided what to go for yet but those might be interesting. As to value, I'll do a search of sold items on eBay at least get ballpark figure for them.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk4s closer than none, once you decide on a price let me know as I could always source a couple more at some stage.

If they were Gold Grid ones then you'd be talking serious money going by eBay asking prices.

How do you tell the difference between these and gold grid ? They look the same to me

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI think if you look at the inside top of the valve there are little pins sticking up, some are gold, yours will be grey/silver.

This photo from eBay shows what they mean.

Mind I'm no expert this is only what I've learnt today [emoji6]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200510/67efdcb52b81004c477aeb8959da8566.jpg

Always buy from a trusted valve retailer. You have no provenance so I'd be extremely sceptical and would consider them fake until proven otherwise.

Great, you should have no problems asking them for the provenance and then posting evidence on here that they are genuine.

No, but your the one that asked for help, if you don't like the advice, don't bother asking.

+1 more fakes than real items kicking around. Invoices mean nothing, reputation is everything.

I own some Tesla E88CC yellow print 32 factory code cross swords. And have owned Tesla ECC803S and PCC88 also 32 yellow etc.

Looking at the photos, the chances of these valves being fake is zero.

I have two Genelec Gold Dragon E88CC valves sat doing nothing. I suppose really i should try and sell or swap them.
