RCA/XLR adapter????

Hi,
Im looking to connect a streamer to my amp. Streamer has RCA output only and the only spare inputs on amp are XLR. Who sells adapters and do they work in terms of sq?
Alternative would be a switching unit I guess but concerned about drop in sq.

They are readily available from Amazon, and I would go for those made by Neutrik, or you could make up your own adaptor leads having an XLR connector at one end and an RCA phono at the other.
