WTB solid state pre to match Sugden A21a

I am looking for a solid state pre to match a Sugden A21a power amp.* It must have a balance control, MM phono stage and ideally but not essential decent tone controls .* It must be black, full width and sober looking and be in excellent cosmetic condition. I don't need remote control.

The following specs are for the pre-amp section of the matching A21a integrated so give a good idea of the specs i am looking to get close to:
.* Input impedance 50K
.* Input sensitivity 170mV
.* Output impedance 560ohms
.* Max output voltage 4 volts

Here are the specs for the A21a power amp it will be matched with.
.* Input impedance 50K
.* Input sensitivity 675mv for max output

The ballpark budget is £300-500

Thanks, unfortunately no balance control( or mm stage i think). But it fits the bill appearance wise, very black and ahem restrained which would suit the sugden well. ��
