OK what about a normal Feb when you only work 28 days ? other months have 31 days ;)

But I don't get paid by the day, it's an annual salary and it's the same regardless of whether there are 365 or 366 days in the year.

I appreciate we have to have the extra day to make time all nice and tidy but it should be a paid holiday.

Also why do we have to have the extra day in February? Let's take the worst month of the year and make it a day longer. FFS. Why not add it onto August? Or June, that's only got 30 days and it's a good month.
