Have been an audio nut ever since I first saw a homebrew valve amp when I was 12 years old. Still love valve sound but find projects not too practical these days and her indoors won't stand for anything "big" and old fashioned looking - its a wonder I still have the Saras!!

Love most types of music so long as its recorded well - hate clipped or noisy recordings which seem to be more common these days when in fact with technology they should all be better.

Love vinyl but don't use it due to young kids with sticky fingers.

Ideal system would be pair of 15" Tannoys being driven by a really good valve amp.

Am new to this so sorry about missing info - I though it would come up as I thought I had input most of it when I signed up. Anyway my system at the present is Rega 2 TT, MF A3 cd and MF a3 integrated amp driving a pair of now quite aged Linn Saras. Like classical and most other types of music - apart from Rap. Used to have home built Mullard 5-20s but they have long since gone more the pity.
