Firebottle Mono Blocks

Having just upgraded my amps, I no longer have the need for these amps, which is a shame, as they sound fantastic.

Tech specs:

Input impedance: 60K ohm.
Sensitivity: 1.2 volt rms for full output.
Output power: 55 watts per channel rms into 8 ohms, 85 watts into 4 ohms.

They take an E88C valve, and are currently fitted with Telefunken 8255/E88C. To my ears, these sounded the best of the ones I tried.

I am looking for a quick sale, so I am looking at £600 + postage for the amps.
They are in A1 condition having spent their lives in a pet free / smoke free home, sat in a HiFi rack.
I will also include the valves they were delivered with as spares (1 Siemens E88C and one RTC E88C) and a couple of valve damper rings.

As my new amps are solid state, I have a few nice E88C valves for sale as well, which I will put up another advert for.

The valve is internal on this build so child and pet friendly.

I won't be building any more so grab yourself a rarity :)

It is also easier to fit into a HiFi rack with the internal valve.

The fact that you won’t be making anymore might give me second thoughts about selling these, as they are truly wonderful.

I priced these deliberately low due to the postage costs compared to the other set that were selling here.
It will be one of your few chances to get a set of these lovely amps.
