Pseudo-Stereo: sources of info?

Hey everyone. I'm doing some personal research on the history of stereo. A big interest of mine is the pseudo-stereo formats... eg, Capitol's Duophonic and the "Rechanneled Stereo" of other labels. Trouble is, apart from blogs and Wikipedia, there ain't much out there on the subject. Anyone know of any good reliable sources (either online or published) on the subject?
