I have an Armstrong 625.

It's been gathering dust for a while now but in great cosmetic condition (WAF).

It's definitely lost the left channel so I'm looking to get it serviced.

I'm in Cambridge and it seems like a bit of a desert for simple servicing, but I don't really want to post it off.

Anybody think it's worth saving?

Know any engineers who could do the job closer to Cambridge?

Definitely worth saving.
I can help you out there but I think you need to travel with it.

I have had an email exchange with LondonSound...let me just say the budget won't stretch to the estimate.

Hi Simon

Just get someone to Do a standard service, Re cap it & reset the IQ.. The amplifier section is the same as the '621' amp..
