Aye. They are in Bristol without cartons. 650 sovs seems a little on the steep side too. I may be wrong

I had crusader mk2 here for a while, a lovely speaker for sure. In the end I preferred my Triangles, for a livelier, more vivid presentation. I'd imagine the newer Triangles (with more refined HF and better cabs) to be somewhere in between? Out of budget though.
I'll keep a lookout!

Did you not have Ruark Crusader 3 a while back Steve? I thought they sounded superb.

Much as I enjoyed my time with Crusader 2, I'm not planning on going back to them!
However, I would consider storing them on Steve's behalf if he wanted, I'm in East Sussex. That might give him time to arrange carriage.
