Dynamic compliance 10 vs 100 Hz .

It's new cart time here and I'm looking at a few different options one being from Audio Technica who quote their figure in 100 Hz . Is there a way of converting the compliance figures from 100 Hz to the more commonly used 10 Hz ? .

I think as a very rough rule of thumb 1.5 to 2x the 10Hz figure gives you the 100Hz figure

It's the other way round:

Compliance at 10Hz = (1.5 - 2.0) x the compliance at 100Hz.
