wtd - someone to solder 4 wires on tweeters - Grantham

Bit of a long long shot.

Is anyone very close to Grantham or travelling through grantham, who could solder 4 wires on to a pair of tweeters for me please?

I`ma bit nervous about taking the to the local pc repair shop in case they damage them.

Not really of much help, but it sounds like you know what needs to be done and therefore could probably do d.i.y., as soldering isn't exactly rocket science. If you think similar situations could happen again in years to come, just buy a 15 watt or maybe a 25watt iron and an amount of silver content solder and you'll be fully equipped. A small file, thin pliers (or similar) and insulating tape could also be handy. Mine's a cheap Chinese 15 watt and I've just soldered some electrical lamp cable together.

Of course you may be sight/manually impaired (I'm the former and too old for this lark anyway), in which case, I hope you get assistance.

It was only to solder a new wires.
The local pc repair shop did a nice neat job.
New sweaters in and sou ding good.
