Don’t know if there was a name for mine but talking to Vic these were the top ones he did at the time with the best drivers.

Have done some fiddling with them and I’m very happy with how they sound now.

I was thinking of bringing the Linkwitz LXMinis if you still have space. As they are active and the crossover is in JRiver I'll need to bring my small fanless PC - so it can be used for playing from files.

They are very good Alan. I haven't heard them with my Voyagers yet but the intergrated amp i am using with them sounds great. You are as always welcome to come and have a listen. Be good to catch up fella Mr B called by and heard them and i think he was smitten. I am really looking forwards to hearing them at NEBO 11 with a valve amp. They are a true monitor in that the listener can hear right into a recording.

Aye it is and thanks for the donor deck mate, i've actually ended up with 2 TD160's, as you know i wanted to get an SME 3009 arm for it and as it turned out it ended up being just as cheap getting one with a deck attached to it so at least i've got spares, btw if there's anything you want, lid, plinth etc. just let me know.

Honestly Grant NEBO is my favourite event, there is always a great bunch of guys that attend and not just from the north east, Steve does a brilliant job organising it the last couple of times it's been in the function room in the Wellington pub, not the largest venue but the eating and drinking facilities are 1st rate, it would be great to see you there.

What I would like to know from folks wanting to attend is , when do you/they think it will be appropriate or indeed safe for them to attend? This will give me an idea of when to hold the event. Not wanting to be a party pooper but I am listening to my head and not my heart ...I can’t see how considering the size and layout of the room that social distancing etc can be achieved..if a vaccine is created and administered very soon then maybe yes it could happen ...The majority of us attendees are in the risky area.so it is worth thinking it through and not make a hasty decision..

The restrictions are mainly in West Yorkshire and Lancs.. well away from Teesside but we should all still be on our guard otherwise it will happen to us ��.
