Extruded aluminium profile HiFi rack?

Been playing with this stuff at work, and it seems to me that it would make a very stiff HiFi rack.
Has anybody built one?

I acquired a small retail display rack and re-configured it as a stand/step for workshop duties.
It was used as a TT support at the Kegworth show, I can confirm it is very solid.
