Absolute genius marketing by Argos - firstly their, Christmas advert... (sorry for any hum-bugs out there!) but secondly they've created a website - http://argosbookofdreams.co.uk/ - which is basically an online archive of their catalogues going back to 1974. Absolute nostalgia overload (Goblin Teasmade, anyone? :D ) and actually really interesting to see how we've progressed with technology, shopping habits and taste over almost 5 decades.

Not much "hi-fi" but Amstrad and Ferguson galore in the 70's and early 80's. I suspect I will be spending quite a few hours there! Enjoy!

Seen this ad a few times - love it! Shame they started showing a short version after a few days :(
