FS: Modified Xiang Sheng DAC 01 DAC / Pre / Headphone amp

Hi everybody,

I bought this from Oliver @Bigman80 just over a year ago.

This well known DAC has been fettled by Firebottle and received a very decent upgrade. There is a thread about it on the upgrades somewhere.

Extras include -

Telefunken valve,
Polypropylene Caps,
Mundorf Capacitors,

This has made a significant improvement to the DAC, which is a good headphone amp and also passes for a fairly decent pre-amp.

It is in great condition as you can see from the photos.

I am looking for the princely sum of £85 delivered for this surprisingly good DAC / Pre combination. I don't think you could possibly beat this for VFM.

Absolute bargain in dac terms. Trounces loads of more expensive ones. Even better with the mods I'm sure. £85 .. Fuckeroo!
