Hi
I've been trying to contact Russ numerous times without success, does anyone know if he's still in business? Thanks

Didn't you have a plinth off him? Surely you have his details...

Yes :-) but I'm not getting any replies so wondered if anyone has heard from him recently...

There's been a plinth on ebay recently.
As far as im aware hes still going as the website is still running and he has bits on ebay for sale. The only email i have dmw74@hotmail.com. He must be away or very busy at the moment??

Indeed...after 3 weeks not a single reply, pretty poor show really.
Same here - been trying for a few months to get in touch with Russ. I think he is just so busy with work that he doesn't need to take any more on at the moment.
Ive ended up going with a Woodsong plinth, just paid my deposit. Russ made my last one but the Woodsong was not much more expensive and he replies within 24hrs usually. Wont be completed until January but these guys are all in demand for good reason.

I tried contacting Russ Collinson by email, telephone for about a year now but gave up a few months ago due to not 1 single reply. And I have had very quick replies from him before so hope he is all well and okay but I just can not believe that someone could be so busy?

Lack of response to customers and potential customers is a massive red flag re a risky proposition.
