Denafrips Ares 2 DAC

These Chinese DAC's seem to get some good reviews.
Has anyone experience of buying them and what do they sound like with your kit?
I am putting second system together with Rogue Audio Sphynx 2 amp and am thinking of Audiolab transport with an affordable DAC....
