Technics EPC-270C MM Cartridge in excellent condition with new elliptical aftermarket stylus.
The stylus was bought from Mantra audio:

Cartridge was used in stock Technics 1200 and was made by Nagaoka.
It is similar to the new Tonar Diabolic, but the tracking force is only 1.5/2 g.
