Well, #10, John Luther Adams' Become Ocean might be expected to be a bit damp. :D

I've got that one. "Become Ditchwater" might have been more appropriate, its dull as...

too much opera in that list IMO.

Abrahamsen's "Let Me Tell You" is a great work though. But very sad there's nothing by Anders Hillborg or Esa-Pekka Salonen in that list. And John Adams has done better works than City Noir this century.
