For sale brand new boxed and sealed with quick change screws as a prize , with the set up manual and usb key with the manual in a file ,this is brand new replacement for the one i damaged ,, i do not want to do that again , cost is £1000

One of the reviews out there makes comparison to my own favourite cartridge, the Miyajima Madake. Suitably low compliance as well. Low output moving iron - intriguing.

I've only encountered two Soundsmith cartridges, a Denon DL103 modded for mono (retipped and coils rotated) which was exceptional indeed I far preferred it to the Stereo version - should never have sold that - and an Ortofon SPU Gold which had had a Soundsmith hyper-elliptical added in place of the original ellliptical, and sounded fantastic (I was seriously skeptical till I heard it). I'll bet this Zephyr Mimic Star sounds ace.

its up to marco to send me his address so he can check this,, it will take 20 mins to get to where he lives,, the picture shown is of a Mimic Star ,, the box is still sealed,, and will stay that way ,, as i said it is easy to say it has not been used ,, the hologram
seals are still in tact ,, and i will not break them just to take a picture ,, it is in the box hence the 2 screws in the base that keep it in the box,,

Cheers , i am glad you like the Kelos SL ,, i just wish i had the nerve to use it ,, the Soundsmith is the zephyr MiMIC Star and not the cheaper zepher ,, it is the same cartridge all the reviews are raving about ,, like the Kelos it as zero hrs and is still sealed in the box , , low out put .4mv ,,,load is from 450ohms,,
