Nothing new there. It's more or less what I've been saying for the last thirty years. Don't necessarily agree about the need for a second order slope, that is not 'set in stone', first order works fine if the correct roll-in region is chosen.

Interesting read, confirms my thoughts mainly on the subject of super tweeters, my old cloth ears have deteriorated to about 13.5Khz max anyway, so anything beyond that is lost to the ether as far as I am concerned. :rolleyes::)
