Hello! 10 year AOS forum veteran's first post!

So i signed up to this forum almost 10 years ago, so that i could have a chat with Stan about his DAC's. This is me getting around to posting for the first time! :) Been reading bits n bobs on here over the years and thought i had better show my face in the welcome area. I am rather fond of budget hifi gear having owned Beresford Dac's, x-can amps and Chinese amps like the little dot's. :)

Nothing wrong with budget gear - well chosen it can compete with and often beat high end gear, at least in my experience.
Not a few high end DACs and CDPs have been shown the door in my system over the years by Stan's offerings. :)

It would be interesting to know more about your system, and favourite components - with photos! - in the Gallery section.

Look forward to speaking again in 2029! ;) Funnily enough I'd completely missed that my 10 year anniversary was earlier this month, and I came here to talk about Stan's Beresford DACs too. Still got it, still going strong after a decade, and hardly ever turned off!
