B&W 804 Matrix vs new 704 S2

Which of these would you good folk recommend for listening to classical and jazz, and why? I'd expect the 702s to 'perform better' not sure that always relates to sounds better tho. I'm set on B&W (just like the brand) and these are the two main contenders that pass the wife and budget tests

I play from vinyl and digital via a Naim Nova btw.

Used to own the 804s and so loved it for it's looks . They really hold their price but they are getting very old now . Supply must be an issue. Never compared the 700 series directly but heard it a few times . Only you can decide which you prefer , technology has moved on since the 804 started out
