View Full Version : WTD. Looking for a Remote Control For A Rotel 965BX CD Player.

Hello to all.
Looking for a remote control for a Rotel 965 BX CD Player. Just been informed by Magic 'Jules on here' that a Marantz CD remote will do the job too.
I am led to believe that most of the remote control for the BX series will work the player but not 100% sure of this!
The original remote part number is RR-901.
Anyone have one they wish to sell?

I've looked at that one. Prefer an original if possible.
I've bought the types offered in the link and none of them actually worked.
Not long purchased one for a Pioneer 703......that one didn't work either!:(

Ray,

Pretty much any Philips/Marantz CD remote should work, or the same thing on a universal remote.

Thank you Jules...I will have a look on the net...see if I can find one. I should amend my post to Marantz/ Rotel remote wanted.

Great CD player - I have one and keep it tucked away as a museum piece, I am sure it is in the vintage category already.:)

have avoided these pre programmed remotes
various remotes i have wil play pause other CD players check the manual for what you have should have list of codes for other players just try evry code you can
Completly understand that you want the proper remote the best and cheapest way to get one is proberbly to by another Rotel Cd player complete woth remote
I have done this as is chepear than just buying remote
